Ronal has built a career across a range of industries, including tourism, aviation, and hospitality. What began as an accidental pathway into education soon became a passion, leading him from his first role as a tutor to senior academic management positions. Over the years, he has contributed to a wide variety of education organisations, always guided by his commitment to quality learning and positive outcomes. Despite his leadership experience, Ronal’s true passion remains in teaching and learning, where he finds the greatest reward in helping others grow.

Beyond his professional work, Ronal is actively involved in the Auckland community, volunteering his time with local charities to support and strengthen those around him.

Olinda’s career began in the retail and hospitality sectors before she pursued her law studies, where she developed a strong focus on employment law and employment relations. She also gained experience in a law firm environment, working across wills, trusts, and estates.

Later, Olinda transitioned into education, holding roles within both a polytechnic and a university in Auckland. Her background allows her to bring a unique blend of legal expertise and practical industry knowledge into her work.

Alongside her professional career, Olinda is actively involved in a large charity organisation in Auckland, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community.
